Leads

Evaluate a potential lead and initiate a follow up.

Leads are the assets you browsed for your customers but didn't finalize, or the assets that the customer browsed on Drift but didn't continue with the purchase.

By default, leads are grouped based on the email address of the customer.

Leads Table

You can browse and filter the leads within the Leads table using:

Lead Summary

To see the details of the leads and to look into what users searched for, click the icon at the end of the table, and select View Details. This will redirect you to the Lead Summary page.

The Lead Summary page consists of the following sections:

Customer Details

The Customer Details section includes the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Credit Score
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Preferred Communication
  • License Number
  • Date of Birth

Asset Details

The Asset Details section includes the following information:

  • Asset
  • Asset Condition
  • Stock Number
  • Current Mileage

Search Details

The Search Details section includes the following information with which the search queries were made:

  • Asset Condition
  • Selling Price
  • Year
  • Make/Model/Trim
  • VIN
  • Stock Number

Asset Payment Breakdown

The Asset Payment Breakdown section includes the following information:

  • Estimated Periodic Payment
  • Net Periodic Payment
  • Tax Amount
  • Due at Signing
  • Terms
  • Rate
  • Annual Mileage
  • Selling Price
  • Down Payment

You can also see the detailed breakdown of the NFA/Adjusted Capitalized Cost, including:

  • FA/Gross Capitalized Cost
    • Selling Price
